1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped. Please note that processing time is completely separate from shipping/transit time.

Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We do our absolute best to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible.
3. Tracking Information Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link. You will be able to follow your package's journey directly in real-time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system after receiving your link.
4. Shipping Rates We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders unless specified otherwise on the checkout page during promotional events.
5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Please note that international shipments may occasionally be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs bureau for specific rates and information.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, or if it arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our support team immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier and provide you with a suitable solution, such as a replacement or a full refund.
